


When you are putting together sandwiches for a large group, we can go with platters, where the meats, cheeses, and veggies are all on separate platters, where the customer can "create" their own sandwich. A second option, is to do a run of sandwiches, on assorted breads and bagels, with lettuce and tomato, assembled, and cut in half. This option gives the customer a chance to pick different halves and get different flavors. In both cases, we are happy to provide condiments on the side, including, mayo, Boar's Head Spicy and Honey Mustard.
You may go the route of boxing each sandwich, with the slaw and pickle spear. We include a fork and napkin, and it makes for easy transport in the "grab and go" set up for meetings or assemblies.
Sides
For the trays, we offer sides, such as our trademark cole slaw, doused in an oil/vinegar dressing, and topped off with a roasted almond/sesame mix. We are proud to offer Kosher pickle spears from Boar's Head as well. Chips are always a viable option, and we feature Cape Cod and Sun Chips. Potato Salad is called on from time to time, and we use a Redskin blend that is simply incredible!
Our Salads are made with fresh, romaine lettuce---what's the difference? This is NOT the iceberg blend you get from the salad bar---it is real, leafy lettuce, the kind that is good for you! Having a group Garden Salad to go with your sandwiches is always a safe alternative for vegetarians, and also, shows your customer that you are concerned that they have a healthy lunch!
